Panic At The Disco

Panic AT The Disco

Panic AT The Disco

Nine In The Afternoon // Decaydance

Who said all emo was miserable? Discovered by Pete Wentz and natives of The Killers’ hometown, Las Vegas, PATD haven’t got a lot going for them (aside from several zillion album sales, that is). But beneath the eyeliner’n’tinsel lurks the beating heart of a great pop band. “Your eyes are the size of the moon/In a room where it’s nine in the afternoon” hollers Brendan Urie in probably the least unsubtle drug reference since ‘Pipe Down’. Crane an ear and you’ll also hear orchestral swoops, distant brass bands and a sly nod to ELO’s ‘Mr Blue Sky’. Further proof The Feeling are surplus to requirements.

I love Panic's whole Beatle style attitude! When i first heard this track i was happy for the rest of the day (taking in account i was due to have an unprepared English test that following afternoon).
Panic have a showmanship that addicts me towards them, they better prapare themselves for massive things cos they're gonna get even BIGGER!!!!

Such a nice happy track. It's amazing how much a band can change. From cabaret to Beatles in just a few years. I think the album will be a potential purchase.

Guys... wearing makeup and frilly clothes... and pouting... damn emos. Panic at the Disco are just another band.

I LOVE PANIC! I have seen them live three times and they do not disappoint :) Their new single is fab and I am loving the new style. Although I personally couldnt see anything wrong with the style from the last album.
They are destined for big things and as long as they keep recording, I'l keep buying :)

This is just another american indie mainstream song. PATD used to be unique "...afternoon" just shows how un-original they have become.

You've never listened to SPLHCB by the Beatles if you happened to be impressed of this copy crap. Combined with the promotion vid the song is merely imitations of greatest artists like the Beatles (whole song base, costume) and Beck (horse head). Now I know Panic! at the disco isn't an emo band but have been a costume band all the time without an originality. They also verified that copying old legends works to fish young innocent audience.

It's one of them songs that you know you shouldn't likebecause it's that cheesy but you end up singing or tapping your feet along to it.
