Liverpool singer-songwriter will release record in October

Eugene McGuinness has announced details of his debut full-length album.

The Liverpool singer-songwriter will release the self-titled twelve-track record on October 13.

A single from the release, 'Moscow State Circus', follows on October 27.

McGuinness previously released an eight-song mini-album 'The Early Learnings Of...' in 2007.

The album's tracklisting is as follows:

'Moscow State Circus'
'Those Old BW Movies'
'Nightshift'
'Atlas'
'Knock Down Ginger'
'Crown The Clown'
'Not So Academic'

missed him at Underage because we arrived too late, nice to see Eugene finally releasing a full-length. "The Early Learnings" was actually very, very good!

His single Atlas is this weeks (14th October 2008) iTunes free Single of the Week. But I wouldn't bother if I were you it is atrocious. His muffled lyrics, over production have produced a truly awful single.It doesn't make me want to hear anything else by him.
