DMX faces jail time
The rapper appeared in court yesterday
DMX faces time behind bars after a court appearance in New York yesterday (October 25).
The rapper is looking at up to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to violating conditions of his release after a car crash last year. He will be sentenced on November 17.
The case was brought following a crash at the city’s John F. Kennedy International Airport where he crashed his vehicle into a gate.
Following the incident the rapper, real name Earl Simmons, admitted taking valium, and was charged with reckless endangerment.
