DMX faces time behind bars after a court appearance in New York yesterday (October 25).

The rapper is looking at up to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to violating conditions of his release after a car crash last year. He will be sentenced on November 17.

The case was brought following a crash at the city’s John F. Kennedy International Airport where he crashed his vehicle into a gate.

Following the incident the rapper, real name Earl Simmons, admitted taking valium, and was charged with reckless endangerment.
