The band hit the stage in New York
Depeche Mode played a secret show in New York on Friday (October 28) to celebrate the release of their new album ‘Playing The Angel’.
The band took to the stage at the 500-capacity Bowery Ballroom on the city’s Lower East Side.
All three original members of the group - singer Dave Gahan, Martin Gore and Andrew Fletcher - were joined onstage by a live drummer and additional keyboardist.
Depeche Mode ran through a career-spanning set that, as well as new material, included some of their best-known songs such as ‘Personal Jesus’ and ‘Enjoy the Silence’.
The crowd also featured celebrity fans Moby and Interpol bassist Carlos D.
