LAST ORDERS OF 98

Five years on from walking offstage at Reading and splitting up, New Order return with plans for Manchester and London festive shows...

NEW ORDER are confirmed to play a New Year's Eve gig at London's Alexandra Palace in the wake of their reunion after five years at last weekend's Reading Festival. They are also arranging two Manchester dates to take place over the Christmas period, though as yet no venue or dates have been set. They will play a few one off dates in the US and while there are no definite plans for a new album, there is the possibility that they will write some new songs together. Ticket details for the Alexandra Palace date will be posted on NME.com when they are available.
